Involved in the family business at an early stage of life, Carla decided to develop her career in the fashion industry. Upon graduating from LAU with a marketing degree she pursued her studies in fashion design and pattern making
at ESMOD Beirut. Post several years of work, she refined different capabilities and skills in the luxury retail as well as in the design and production industry.Started at ABC as a project coordinator in events and marketing and then worked at Aishti as a buyer for menswear and eyewear. Carla also took care of designing and producing for wholesale and private labels at Cigarette, her family business. Today she decided to develop her own brand Fracshion,
a casual wear line designed and produced in-house and opened up her first shop in Beirut.
Starting his career with a bachelor degree in Business Management followed by a finance job in Procter and Gamble during 5 years, in 2012 Charbel decided to follow his childhood passion: Fashion Design and enrolled in ESMOD for a second bachelor degree in Fashion Design and Pattern Making. Charbel graduated in 2015 with Very Good distinctions and the jury first prize. During his time at ESMOD, Charbel had several jobs: Boutique Manager of Lebanese designer Ronald Abdala; Internship at Maison Rabih Kayrouz; and he occupied the position of Brand communication and business development for local design brand PSLAB during two years. Today, Charbel is a managing partner of the Italian menswear ForeandAft, a multibrand shop located in Mar Mikhael Beirut. He is also managing the brand’s pop-up shop in Berlin. Charbel's diversified experience gives him an edge and a wide understanding of the retail industry from all perspectives.
